This page is written in both English (top) and Simplified Chinese (bottom). In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail. 本页采用”英文在前、中文在后”的双语呈现方式，如两种语言表述存在差异，以中文版本为准。

1. English Version#

1.1 Operator & Contact Information#

This website gemmae.dev (the “Site”) is owned and operated by @Wanfeng (“I”, “me”, or “the Operator”). If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or wish to exercise any of your rights under applicable law, please contact me at:

1.2 What Data Is Collected Automatically (Server Logs)#

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit the Site, Cloudflare and my hosting infrastructure may automatically log the following information for security and service-availability purposes only:

  • Request timestamp and the URL you accessed
  • HTTP referer (the previous page that linked to the Site)
  • Browser User-Agent string
  • General geographic location (country / region / city level, not a precise physical address)
  • An IP address (stored briefly for DDoS / bot mitigation, and is never used for user profiling)

This log data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to build individual user profiles. Retention period: raw access logs are rotated / deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised statistics (such as total pageviews per month) may be kept indefinitely for internal performance review.

1.3 Web Analytics#

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns in a privacy-preserving manner. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use tracking cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Only aggregated metrics such as “total unique visitors per day” and “top visited URLs” are reported. Please refer to Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy ↗ for further details.

No other third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, etc.) are installed on this Site.

1.4 Comment Functionality#

Status at the time of this policy (August 2026): commenting features are temporarily disabled. The following paragraphs describe how user data would be handled if and when comments are re-enabled in the future. Should I change the comment provider or data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

If comment functionality is enabled in the future, the Site plans to use Waline (self-hosted comment system). When you submit a comment you may be asked to provide:

  • Display name / nickname (required)
  • Email address (optional, used only to reply to your comment; it will never be displayed publicly or shared with third parties)
  • Personal website / URL (optional, displayed as a link next to your nickname)

All comment data is stored in the self-hosted Waline database operated by the Site Operator and is never shared with third parties. You may request permanent deletion of any comment you have submitted at any time by sending an email to the address listed in §1.1. Requests will usually be handled within 7 working days.

1.5 Cookies and Local Storage#

The Site uses only functional, first-party storage – no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Specifically, the following data may be stored locally via cookies or localStorage:

  • User-selected colour theme (light / dark mode)
  • User-selected language preference on certain bilingual pages (e.g. the About page)
  • A Cloudflare Turnstile verification token (short-lived, used only for anti-bot protection during the current browser session)

No personally identifiable information is written into cookies, and cookies are never used to track your browsing behaviour across third-party sites.

1.6 Your Rights#

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  1. Request a copy of any personal data I hold about you;
  2. Request correction of inaccurate or out-of-date personal data;
  3. Request permanent erasure of personal data (e.g. a comment you submitted);
  4. Object to or restrict certain kinds of processing;
  5. Withdraw consent you previously provided at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

To exercise any of these rights, please send a signed email to the contact address in §1.1. I will respond within 30 days.

1.7 Changes to This Privacy Policy#

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised and a brief notice may be posted on the About page or the Site’s home page. Your continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

  • 访问时间与被访问的 URL
  • HTTP 来源页面（Referer）
  • 浏览器 User-Agent（浏览器类型与版本）
  • 大致地理位置（国家 / 省份 / 城市级别，不包含精确地理位置或街道地址）
  • IP 地址（仅用于 DDoS / 爬虫识别，短期存储，绝不用于构建用户画像）

上述访问日志数据不会出售给第三方、与第三方共享，也不会用于对访客进行个性化广告或用户画像分析。 日志保留期限：原始访问日志在 30 天内滚动覆盖或自动删除；仅匿名化、汇总后的统计指标（如某月全站总 PV） 可长期保留用于性能复盘。

2.3 网络流量分析工具#

本站使用 Cloudflare Web Analytics 以隐私友好的方式了解整体的流量趋势。 Cloudflare Web Analytics 不使用跟踪 Cookie，不采集浏览器指纹，不识别个人用户。 运营者仅能看到”每日独立访客总数""热门访问页面 Top N”等汇总级指标。 详见 Cloudflare 官方隐私政策 ↗。

除上述工具外，本站未接入 Google Analytics、百度统计、神策等任何其他第三方统计或广告追踪服务。

2.4 评论功能#

截至本政策更新时（2026 年 8 月）状态：评论功能暂未开放。 以下条款说明在未来某日评论功能启用时，用户评论相关数据的处理方式。 如评论系统供应商或数据处理方式发生变更，本隐私政策将同步更新，并相应修订页面顶部的”最后更新日期”。

若未来启用评论功能，本站计划使用自托管的 Waline 评论系统。当您提交评论时，可能会要求您提供：

  • 昵称 / 显示名称（必填）
  • 邮箱（选填，仅用于回复您的评论；邮箱不会公开展示，也不会提供给任何第三方）
  • 个人网站 / 链接（选填，若填写将作为昵称旁边的超链接对外显示）

所有评论数据均存储于由运营者本人维护的自托管 Waline 数据库中，不会共享或提供给任何第三方。 如您希望永久删除本人发布过的评论，请按第 2.1 节的邮箱地址发送邮件申请，我通常会在 7 个工作日内处理完毕。

本站仅使用功能型的第一方存储，不使用任何广告型 Cookie 或跨站跟踪 Cookie。 具体可能写入 Cookie 或 localStorage 的内容如下：

  • 用户手动选择的颜色主题偏好（浅色 / 深色）
  • 用户在个别双语页面（如 About 页）选择的语言偏好
